Once your purchase has been made you will be contacted to confirm hair length, hair color and hair price.  If any additional balance is due you can pay before or upon picking up the hair.

Refunds can be made prior to hair being shipped or taken out of the store.  Once hair is used, delivered, removed from our shop we cannot return or refund the product due to sanitary standards.

Your hair will be shipped promptly within 24 hours via USPS.  Tracking information will be sent to you. You can also pick up your order in-store and save on shipping costs!
